850 Parkway Street

Site plan amendment to change the use of a 6,537 square foot office building to a medical or dental clinic on a 0.7± acre property located at 850 Parkway Street. Under review.

Abacoa Chabad

A Development Order Extension of an approved subdistrict master site plan, an individual site plan, and two special exceptions for a religious facility and day care on 1.5± acres, located at southwest corner of University Boulevard and Quarry Knoll Way was granted until June 1, 2017. Under construction.

Abacoa Dakota

  • Zoning text amendment to modify Section 27-1107, entitled “Neighborhood Commercial Subdistrict” to allow a density bonus for the provision of workforce housing;
  • Abacoa master site plan amendment to show that the proposed uses do not exceed the PM peak hour trips of the vested retail square footage for the subject parcel;
  • Subdistrict master site plan amendment to add 20 dwelling units and reduce the retail square footage;
  • Individual site plan to construct a 3-story building with commercial uses on the ground floor and residential units on the upper floors, located on a 0.23± acre property, at the northwest corner of Dakota Drive and Williston Drive.

Aldi – Jupiter West Plaza

Administrative site plan amendment to update the facades, divide the former Winn‑Dixie space to create an additional retail space, and establish an Aldi grocery store at 6671 W Indiantown Road. Under construction.

Angelo’s Pizza Expansion

Zoning Text Amendment to allow restaurants with more than 25 seats in the Restricted Commercial (C-4) zoning district and a Special Exception and Site Plan amendment to allow for the expansion of an existing restaurant, located at 155 Toney Penna Drive. Under construction.

Barcelona Commercial – First Citizens Bank

Planned Unit Development (PUD) and site plan amendments to modify the commercial uses on Lot 2 of the Barcelona Commercial parcel to replace restaurant, medical office, and retail, with a bank located at 1098 Military Trail. Under construction.

Beacon Park

Large Scale Planned Unit Development (PUD) and master site plan application for an industrial parcel of land on 57.7± acres, located on the north and south side of Island Way, west of Limestone Creek Road. Under review.

Beacon Park Hotel

Site plan application for a 120 room hotel with conference rooms located on the south side of Island Way north of Indiantown Road. Under review.

Beacon Pharmaceutical

Site plan and special exception application for a 150,000 square foot bio-science/research and development facility on a 9.0+/- acre parcel located on the north side of Indiantown Road between Caprice Court and the Florida Turnpike. Approved.

Bears Club

Administrative site plan amendment approval to add 1,604 square foot second floor addition to the clubhouse and to construct a 1,871 square foot three car garage on Tract A for the clubhouse cottages, on 7.85± acres, located at 250 Bears Club Drive. Under construction.

Casa Tequila

Site plan application to construct a 5,000 square foot restaurant with outdoor seating on a 2.24± acre property located at the northeast corner of Indiantown Road and Caprice Court. Under review

Center Park Storage

A Future Land Use Map Amendment, Rezoning, Zoning Text Amendment, a PUD, a Site Plan, and a Special Exception in order to redevelop office, warehouse, and self-storage facilities on 11.6 acres at 114 Datura Street. Under construction.

Circle K

Redevelopment and expansion of gas station/convenience store (126 W. Indiantown Road). Approved.

Commons III

Individual site plan application to allow a 50,000 square foot medical and office building on a 4.2± acre property located on the southwest corner of Corporate Way and University Boulevard. Approved.

Compass Self Storage

Two Abacoa subdistrict master plan amendments (CC and WP/WPL subdistrict plan amendment), a special exception, and site plan application to construct a self-storage facility on a 7.3± acre property located at the southeast corner of Frederick Small Road and Sweet Bay Circle. Under construction.


Site plan and special exception for a mixed use building including 15 residential units and retail, located at 50 S. U.S. Highway One.  Approved.

Site Plan amendment to modify the approved architectural style of the building from Mediterranean to Coastal/Post-Modernist style. Under Review.

Flagler’s Wharf

Zoning text amendment for an increase to the maximum Floor Area Ratio for Assisted Living Facilities and to allow 90-degree parking. Under review.

Small Scale Planned Unit Development, special exceptions for an Assisted Living Facility and marina, and a site plan application for a three-story, 88,264± sf, Assisted Living Facility and associated café, on a 3.6± acre parcel, located at 401 N Alternate A1A. Under review.

Generation Church

Site plan amendment to modify the phasing plan for the construction of parking, to modify the site and landscape plans, and minor architectural changes, located at 430 Center Street. Under review.

Home Depot

Special exception and site plan amendment applications to demolish an existing retail building (fka Sports Authority) and a portion of the existing Home Depot building and expand the Home Depot, on a 17.81± acre property, located at 1560 and 1694 W. Indiantown Road.   Under construction.

Site plan amendment application to modify the timing of some conditions of approval in Resolution #51-18 and to add 983 square feet to the north side of the existing building on a 17.81± acre property, located at 1560 and 1694 W Indiantown Road.  Under construction.

Inlet Waters

Small-scale Planned Unit Development (PUD and site plan to construct a multi-family townhouse development with a special exception for a private marina, located on 3.8+/- acres at 700 North A1A. Under construction.

Jupiter Medical and Technology Park

Site plan amendment to construct a two-story 50,000 square-foot building for medical office and business office; and a two-story parking garage, on a 15.9± acre property, located at 1701 Military Trail. Approved.

Jupiter Medical Center – Foshay Cancer Center

Site plan amendment application for a major expansion to the existing Foshay Cancer Center building on a 27.3± acre property, located at 1240 Old Dixie.  Under construction.

Kempe Phase II – Mixed Use Development

Small-scale Planned Unit Development (PUD) and site plan application to allow a restaurant, office, retail uses and residential on a 1.5+/- acre property located at the northeast corner of North A1A and Parkway Street.  The project was approved at the August 20, 2013 Town Council meeting. A development order extension was granted until August 8, 2021. Approved.

Kempe West/Jupiter Oxbow

A small-scale Planned Unit Development (PUD) and site plan application to construct a mixed use development on 0.72 acres with  seven multi-family residential units and 3,695 square feet of retail fronting A1A, and a Special Exception for a four-slip marina, located on the west side of North A1A between Saturn Street and Parkway Street. Approved.

Kuschel Subdivision

Site plan application for a 20 lot subdivision on 8.5± acres, located at 6270 and 6262 Roebuck Road. Approved.

Love Street

Amendments to reduce the size and intensity of the approved small-scale Planned Unit Development (PUD) and site plan for retail, restaurant, and office on 2.0 +/- acres at 1116 Love Street. Under construction.  

Loxahatchee Club

Site plan amendment application to expand the clubhouse by 3,191 square feet, add an outdoor bar, and request temporary buildings near the clubhouse; and a temporary tent and building on a tennis court during the construction, on a 121.3± acre property located at 1350 Echo Drive. Under construction.

Maltz Theatre

Special Exception and Site Plan applications for an expansion to the existing theater, on a 4.8± acre property, located at 1001 E. Indiantown Road. Under construction.

Administrative site plan amendment was submitted to modify the loading zone area and elevations of the building. Under review.

McDonald’s – Shoppes of Jupiter

 An administrative site plan amendment application to upgrade the architectural elevations, enhance the landscaping, and convert the existing single-lane drive-through to a dual-lane drive-through, for a fast food restaurant located at 181 N. U.S. Highway One. Under review.

Parkway Street parking lot

Small scale Planned Unit Development (PUD) and a site plan for a surface parking lot at the southeast corner of Parkway Street and North A1A. Under construction.

Pelican Club

Special exception and site plan amendment to allow docking on the interior (south) side of the existing L-shaped dock. Under review.

Pink House

Small-scale planned unit development (PUD) and site plan applications to allow retail, on a 0.25± acre property, located at 1011 Love Street. Approved.

Public Storage

A planned unit development amendment and site plan application to construct a three story, 111,010 square foot, storage building, located at 975 Military Trail. Under Review.

Sawfish Island

Special Exception and Site Plan Review for a passive park with recreated mangrove habitat, mixed wetland hardwoods, tidal flats, observation deck, kayak landing, picnic area, and informational kiosk, on 9.3+/- acres of upland and submerged islands, generally located west of the intracoastal waterway right of way, across from Jupiter Harbour, north of Indiantown Road and south of the Loxahatchee River. Approved.

Sims Creek Preserve

Special exception and site plan for a passive park including a kayak launch on a 2.8± acre property, located on the southeast corner of the intersection of Center Street and Thelma Avenue, approximately 300 feet northeast of the intersection of Indiantown Road and Center Street. Approved.

Sonoma Isles (fka: Lakewood)

A Planned Unit Development (PUD) for 275 residential units, 150,000 s.f. bioscience/high tech, 5,000 s.f. restaurant and 14,750 s.f. drugstore, located at the northwest corner of Indiantown Road and the Florida Turnpike. Under construction.

Town Hall Police Building and Parking

Special exception and site plan amendment applications to add a 2.0± acre parcel along Indiantown Road and construct a new Police building, Veteran’s Memorial and parking lots, on a 22.5± acre property, located at 210 Military Trail on the southwest corner of Indiantown Road and Military Trail. Water Pointe 

Site plan amendment to increase the size of the residential units and include two car garages and optional half stories, change the architectural style from Mediterranean to Cracker, and provide a pocket park on 4.2± acres located on the west side of U.S. Highway One, approximately 850 feet north of the intersection of U.S. Highway One and Ocean Way. Approved.
