Planning & Zoning Commission

Mission

The Planning and Zoning Commission is a group of volunteers appointed by the Town Council members. The Commission makes formal recommendations to the Town Council regarding site plans, planned unit developments, amendments to the Town Zoning Code, rezoning, special exceptions and annexations. Acting as the Local Planning Agency, it also formally recommends land use changes and comprehensive plan text and map amendments. In addition, the Commission acts as the Zoning Board of Adjustment to make final decisions regarding variance applications.

Meeting Schedule

The Planning and Zoning Commission meets the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm in Council Chambers at Town Hall.
