Jupiter HOA/POA Rentals

Reservations for the Jupiter Civic Center, Old Town Hall AND Community Center must go through an application review and approval process. In-person reservations are no longer accepted.

Only incorporated Jupiter* HOA/POA's may reserve facilities for association meetings.  Any Property Management companies, representing incorporated Jupiter HOA/POA's, are able to submit applications to use Town facilities for meetings however due to accounting purposes the account must be under the HOA/POA name. Please visit the Facility Application webpage for further details on submitting an application.  All facility rental policies and rules apply.  

If you are unsure which facility you need, please read about each facility by following the links to the Old Town HallCivic Center and Community Center.  Please note that due to usage demands, the Community Center is not able to accommodate monthly meetings.

Any HOA/POA that has previously used a Jupiter facility will already have an existing account therefore before creating a new account please visit the Account Information webpage or call the Community Center at 561-741-2400 for further assistance. 

If a HOA/POA changes management companies their Recreation Account will not change.  When management company or board member changes do occur please notify Recreation staff as soon as possible. We would expect the management companies and HOA/POA boards to pass the account log-in information along to their successors in a professional and friendly manner. 

*An incorporated HOA/POA residents pays Town of Jupiter taxes.
