Planning Your Event

A few items to consider when planning your event: 

  1. Setup Needs vs. Number of Guests
    Please be sure to review the Set Up Options tab below to determine if our venue can safely accommodate your needs.
  2. Decorations
    It is very easy to go over the top with decorating however, the rule of ‘less is more’ applies to the most captivating events and is much easier to clean up afterward.
  3. Usage Time
    When reserving a facility be realistic regarding how long it will take you to set up for your event and then clean up after your event.

The Auditorium is a large, flexible room that can be configured into several smaller rooms by sturdy partitian walls. Each room configuration has an independent sound system, a/c controls, lighting, microphone hook up and entrances. In the graphics below, the kitchen and restrooms are accessible from the left side of the auditorium.

The size room is based on the number of guests plus set up needs.

Meeting Rooms #165 Stage (A), Middle (B), Courtyard (C)

  • Meeting Room #165A (Stage) has stage access and a 12' x 12' fixed screen.
  • Meeting Room #165B (Middle) has partitian walls on both sides.
  • Meeting Room # 165C (Courtyard) has full length glass windows to view the courtyard area and separate entrance.
  • Meeting Rooms #165 AB has stage access and a fixed screen on the stage.
  • Meeting Rooms #165 BC has full length glass windows to view the courtyard area and separate entrance.

Kitchen #158

The Auditorium/Meeting Rooms has convenient access to the kitchen.The kitchen has a gas range, convection oven, commercial ice maker, freezer and large walk in refrigerator. There are several large areas for prepping and cooking food.
