Helpful Guides for the Jupiter Community Development System (CDS) Portal

General Directions:

IMPORTANT: Effective September 18 2024, all JCDS users are required to re-register their accounts. Key updates include the requirement that usernames must be the email address associated with the account and that passwords must adhere to the updated password policy. Follow the instructions below as if you were creating a login for the first time. 

If after following the above directions you are still having login issues please see the following two solutions:
If you are attempting to register and receive this message:
     “This email address is in use.”
Please try the following steps:

  1. Click “Forgot your password? Reset it”.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Follow email instructions.
If you are attempting to Login and receive this message:
     "Invalid Username and Password."
Please try the following steps:

  1. Click “Forgot your password? Reset it”.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Follow email instructions.

Business Tax Receipts (BTR/Business License)

  • NOTICE - Businesses in the Town of Jupiter will no longer be required to apply for or renew their business licenses with the Town. On August 17, 2021 the Jupiter Town Council passed Ordinance 14-21, repealing Town of Jupiter Business Tax Receipts (BTR).
