Helpful Guides for the Jupiter Community Development System (CDS) Portal

General Directions:

IMPORTANT: The JCDS portal was upgraded in July 2019 even if you have an existing JCDS account in the system you will still need to follow the instructions below as if you were creating a login for the first time. If you have already completed this step since July you may login to your account regularly.  

If after following the above directions you are still having login issues please see the following two solutions:
If you are attempting to register and receive this message:
     “This email address is in use.”
Please try the following steps:

  1. Click “Forgot your password? Reset it”.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Follow email instructions.
If you are attempting to Login and receive this message:
     "Invalid Username and Password."
Please try the following steps:

  1. Click “Forgot your password? Reset it”.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Follow email instructions.

Business Tax Receipts (BTR/Business License)

  • NOTICE - Businesses in the Town of Jupiter will no longer be required to apply for or renew their business licenses with the Town. On August 17, 2021 the Jupiter Town Council passed Ordinance 14-21, repealing Town of Jupiter Business Tax Receipts (BTR).
