The Jupiter Fire Rescue Department is one of the newest and most forward-thinking fire departments in Florida. Born from years of careful planning and community input, our department was officially formed to bring fire rescue services directly under local control, prioritizing quick response times, high standards of care, and unmatched local knowledge.
Today, we are a growing department with a clear vision:
- To build a highly skilled, well-supported team of professionals
- To invest in state-of-the-art facilities and equipment
- To serve with compassion and excellence in every emergency
We are proud to serve the Town of Jupiter and are committed to building a department that reflects the best of our community…professional, responsive, and prepared for the future.

Paramedic-Rescue ResponseThe Town of Jupiter Fire Rescue Department’s Paramedic Rescue Response team will deliver advanced, life-saving medical care and specialized rescue capabilities to the community. Built on an interdisciplinary foundation, this team is trained to provide advanced life support, manage serious trauma, and rapidly determine appropriate transport to specialized medical centers. In addition to everyday emergency response, these paramedic units are prepared to assist during large-scale disasters, support emergency shelters, and bolster overwhelmed medical systems. | Locally controlled services for faster response and community-centered careThe Town of Jupiter’s newly formed Fire Rescue Department prioritizes locally controlled services to ensure faster response times and more personalized, community-centered care. By operating under direct local governance, the department can adapt resources quickly to meet the unique needs of Jupiter’s residents, neighborhoods, and seasonal population shifts. Decisions are made right here at home, allowing for improved coordination with other municipal services, enhanced familiarity with local geography and hazards, and stronger relationships between first responders and the community they serve. This localized approach strengthens public safety, delivering faster, more efficient care when every second counts. |
