Stay steady, strong, and confident with this gentle yet effective class designed specifically for adults 50 and over. Improve balance, coordination, and posture through a series of low-impact exercises that support everyday movement and fall prevention. Each session includes mindful stretching and gentle, easy tai chi movements that enhance body awareness and calm the nervous system.

Whether you're looking to boost your stability or simply stay active with others on a similar journey, this class meets you where you are. No previous experience needed—just comfortable clothing and a commitment to aging vibrantly.

We know this is an early class however this is the only time the instructor can teach this class.  It will be worth the effort.
