[ARCHIVED] Public Hearing Notice: Beacon Park – Future Land Use Map Amendment and Zoning Map Amendment

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TO ALL PARTIES IN INTEREST AND TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Please take notice that Public Hearings on the items listed below are scheduled to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex, 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida, at 7:00 PM on the dates listed below for:

Beacon Park – 

  1. Future Land Use Map amendment from General Industrial with Bioscience Research Protection Overlay to Low Density Residential and Zoning Map amendment from I-4, Industrial, High Technology and Employment Center District to R1-A, Residential, Compact Single-Family District, on 34.3± acres located on the east side of Island Way; and,
  2. Future Land Use Map amendment from General Industrial with Bioscience Research Protection Overlay to Medium Density Residential and Zoning Map amendment from I-4, Industrial, High Technology and Employment Center District to R-3, Residential, Limited Multi-Family District, on 23.4± acres located on the west side of Island Way; 

Generally located south of Jupiter Community Park, west of Limestone Creek Road, north of Indiantown Road, and east of the I-95 interchange (PZ 25-6515, 6516, 6517, & 6518)

At such times and place the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Town Council are scheduled to hear all evidence and arguments in support or in opposition to this item. Anyone desiring to appeal a decision of the presiding body on matters considered at this meeting or hearing will need a record of the proceedings. They may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made, including the testimony and evidence on which the appeal is based. The Town of Jupiter does not provide such a record.

These agendas are typically posted with supporting documentation on the Town of Jupiter website a week before the meeting.
