If you are a non-resident you will have the option to pay a $3 daily drop-in rate or purchase a monthly pass for $25.

  1. If you use the $3 drop in feature, you do not need to swipe in.  
  2. If you use the monthly pass, which is good for 1-month from the purchase date, you will need to swipe in.
