CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION REPORT
(CAPER FY 2024/2025)

The Town of Jupiter has completed its Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER FY 2024/2025) as required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under 24 CFR Part 91. This report assesses the Town’s performance for FY 2024-2025 relative to the expenditure of funds provided by HUD and other public and private entities.
The report is available for public review beginning Tuesday, November 18 to Tuesday December 2, 2025 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday - Friday, at the Neighborhood Services Division, 196 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL 33458, and the Town’s website at www.jupiter.fl.us.

The Jupiter Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on the CAPER FY 2024-2025 on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers, located at 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL 33458, to solicit comment and approve the report. Interested parties are encouraged to attend and participate.
