Please take notice that Public Hearings on the items listed below are scheduled to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex, 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida at 7:00 PM on the dates listed below for:
Wendy’s – Site plan amendment to remove and replace an existing nonconforming fast food restaurant, reconfigure the drive-thru and parking area, add outdoor seating, reduce nonconformities on the property, and request an off-site dumpster easement, on a 0.65+/- acre property located at 626 W Indiantown Road. (PZ 24-6161)
