Please take notice that Public Hearings on the item(s) listed below are scheduled to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex, 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida at 7:00 PM on the following dates:

July 16, 2024, Town Council
Flagler Wharf Special Exception and Site Plan – Applications for a 12-slip private marina and a two-story building with 2,735 square-foot restaurant with 1,208 square feet of outdoor dining, 2,745 square feet of professional office on the second floor, and a covered delivery area, on a 2.95 ± acre property located at the northeast corner of the intersection of North Alternate A1A and Old Jupiter Beach Road, approximately 1,300 feet north of Indiantown Road.

At such time and place the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all evidence and arguments in support or in opposition to this item. Anyone desiring to appeal a decision of the presiding body on matters considered at this meeting or hearing will need a record of the proceedings. They may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made, including the testimony and evidence on which the appeal is based. The Town of Jupiter does not provide such a record.
