Pursuant to Section 70.51(15)(b), F.S., NOTICE IS HEREBY PROVIDED that a hearing pursuant to the Florida Land Use and Environmental Dispute Resolution Act, Section 70.51, Florida Statutes (the Act), is hereby noticed for:

SAID HEARING is for purposes of the Special Magistrate to hear opening arguments of the parties, public comment, and thereafter recess the meeting for mediation to explore settlement options and otherwise seek a resolution of the land use dispute which arises from that certain Request for Relief filed by the Petitioners. The property in dispute is located at the northeast corner of Clemons Street and North A1A.
Parcel Control Nos.: Nos. 30-43-40-31-03-003-0011 (+/- 9.84 acres) and 30-43-40-31- 04-000-0121 (+/- 0.59 acres).
The Legal Description of the Property is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
The Special Magistrate may schedule a prehearing status conference pursuant to a separate Scheduling Order for the purposes of preparing for, and discussion of, the hearing set forth in this Notice, prior to November 1, 2023.
The Town shall provide any other public notices and/or postings on its website as may be required by Section 70.51, Florida Statues, in advance of the hearing established pursuant to this Notice.
This hearing is informal and is open to the Public.
