[ARCHIVED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Bayside Property

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Please take notice that a Public Hearing is scheduled to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex, 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida on Thursday, July 17, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. before the Historic Resources Board, or as soon as may be heard, on the following application:                  

Bayside Property – Certificate to Dig application on a .53 +/- acre property located at 1001 N Alternate A1A, for a known previously recorded archaeological site (8PB11388) occurring at Sawfish Bay Park, located adjacent to the north of the project parcel, having been found via a Phase I Cultural Resource Assessment (CRAS) to extend into the subject property of this application (PZ#23-5533)*
 Owner: Albers Land Company

 * Titles maybe subject to revisions prior to approval

 Anyone desiring to appeal a decision of the presiding body on matters considered at this meeting or this hearing will need a record of the proceedings.  They may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made, including the testimony and evidence on which the appeal is based.  The Town of Jupiter does not provide such a record.  The above item(s) may be postponed or withdrawn without prior notice.
