TOWN OF JUPITER, FLORIDA
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF JUPITER, FLORIDA
Please be advised that the members of the Town of Jupiter Town Council will begin its special council meeting on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at 4:00 P.M. in the Town Council Chambers at 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida. During this meeting, the Council will recess to a private Attorney-Client session in the Town Manager’s Conference Room as authorized by §286.011(8), Florida Statutes to consider pending litigation in the case styled: Jeffrey Bernstein, Vincent Curcio and John Angelone vs. Town of Jupiter.
PRIVATE ATTORNEY - CLIENT SESSION
Following the call to order of the special meeting, the Council will recess to a private Attorney–Client session. It is expected that the Attorney-Client session will be attended by: Mayor Todd R. Wodraska, Vice-Mayor Cameron May, Councilors Ron Delaney, Ilan Kaufer, Jim Kuretski, and Town Attorneys, Thomas J. Baird, and Michael J. Gore and Town Manager Matt Benoit to discuss the case styled Jeffrey Bernstein, Vincent Curcio and John Angelone vs. Town of Jupiter. The Attorney-Client session is expected to begin at approximately 4:05 P.M., and is anticipated to last for approximately 1 hour. However, the session may continue so long as the Council determines it is necessary. At the conclusion of the private Attorney-Client Session, the Council will re-convene its special meeting in the Town Council Chambers and take up any remaining items on its agenda.
The Town Council Regular meeting on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at 7:00 P.M. has been cancelled.
