Please be advised that the members of the Town of Jupiter Town Council will hold its regular council meeting on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at 7:00 P.M. in the Town Council Chambers at 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida.
Following the call to order and discussion of any agenda items the Council will recess to a private Attorney–Client session. It is expected that the Attorney-Client portion of the Council’s regular meeting will be attended by: Mayor Todd R. Wodraska, Vice-Mayor Ilan Kaufer, Councilors Ron Delaney, Jim Kuretski and Cameron May, Town Attorney, Thomas J. Baird, Town Manager Matt Benoit to discuss the cases styled (1) AGCS Marine Insurance Co. a/s/o Jupiter Yacht Club Marina Condominium Association, Inc. v. Town of Jupiter and (2) Town of Jupiter v. Jupiter Yacht Club Master Property Owners Association, Inc. and Jupiter Yacht Club Marina Condominium Association, Inc.. The Attorney-Client session is expected to begin at approximately 7:07 P.M., and is anticipated to last for approximately 1 hour. However, the session may continue so long as the Council determines it is necessary. At the conclusion of the private Attorney-Client Session, the Council will re-convene its regular meeting in the Town Council Chambers and take up the remaining items on its agenda.
