Due to unforeseen weather conditions and the high probability of the Town of Jupiter being impacted by Hurricane Dorian resulting in the postponement of vendor software demonstrations the 2nd Round Selection Committee Meeting originally scheduled to occur on Wednesday, September 4th, 2019 for the above project is postponed until further notice.

TOWN OF JUPITER
SELECTION COMMITTEE MEETING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF JUPITER, FLORIDA
Please take notice that two selection committee meetings are scheduled for the Request for Proposals for Procurement of Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) Software (W1959).
The initial selection committee meeting will be held on Monday, August 26th, 2019 at 2:00pm in the Utilities Administration Conference Room at the Jupiter Water Treatment Plant. The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss and shortlist up to three (3) vendors from Proposals received on Tuesday, August 20th, 2019.
The final selection committee meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 4th at 11:00am in the Utilities Administration Conference Room at the Jupiter Water Treatment Plant. This purpose of this meeting is to make a final selection for recommendation of award.
The Jupiter Water Treatment Plant is located at 17403 Central Boulevard, Jupiter, Florida 33458.
