TOWNOF JUPITER

Please take notice that the Town Council Regular Meeting scheduled
for Tuesday, December 4, 2018 has been rescheduledin observance of Chanukah. The
rescheduled meeting will take place on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. in the Town of JupiterCouncil Chambers at 210 Military Trail.

*Please note there will be a Town Council Special Meeting – Attorney Client
Session on Tuesday, December 4, 2018at 6:00 P.M. in the Town of Jupiter Council Chambers at 210 Military Trail. As
part of the Special Meeting, the Council will recess to a privateAttorney-Client Session in the Town Manager’s Conference Room as authorized by
§286.011(8), Florida Statutes to consider pending litigation in the casestyled, Harbourside Place LLC v. Town of Jupiter and Jupiter Community
Redevelopment Agency.
