Please take notice that the Town Council Regular Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, December 4, 2018 has been rescheduled in observance of Chanukah. Themeeting will take place on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. in the Town of Jupiter Council Chambers at 210
Military Trail.

*Please note there will be a Town Council Special Meeting – Attorney ClientSession on Tuesday, December 4, 2018
at 6:00 P.M. in the Town of Jupiter Council Chambers at 210 Military Trail. Aspart of the Special Meeting, the Council will recess to a private
Attorney-Client Session in the Town Manager’s Conference Room as authorized by§286.011(8), Florida Statutes to consider pending litigation in the case
styled, Harbourside Place LLC v. Town of Jupiter and Jupiter CommunityRedevelopment Agency.
