Please be advised that the members of the Town ofJupiter Town Council and Jupiter Community Development Agency will hold a
Special Meeting on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at 6:00 P.M. in theTown Council Chambers at 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida. As part of these Special Meetings, the Council/Commission will recess to a
private Attorney-Client session in theTown Manager’s Conference Room as authorized by §286.011(8), Florida Statutes to consider pending
litigation in the case styled, Harbourside Place LLC v. Town of Jupiter andJupiter Community Redevelopment Agency.
ATTORNEY - CLIENT SESSION
Following the call to order of the
Special Meetings, the Council/Commission, will recess to a privateAttorney–Client session in the Town Manager’s Conference Room. It is expected that the Attorney-Client
portion of this meeting will be attended by: Mayor/Chairman Todd R. Wodraska,Vice-Mayor/Vice-Chairman Wayne R. Posner, Councilors/Commissioners Ilan Kaufer,
Ron Delaney and Jim Kuretski, Town/Commission Attorney, Thomas J. Baird, andTown Manager/Executive Director Matt Benoit; and Counsel for the Town/CRA,
Lyman H. Reynold, Jr. to discuss thecase styled Harbourside Place LLC v. Town of Jupiter and Jupiter Community
Redevelopment Agency. The Attorney-Clientsession is expected to begin at approximately 6:05 P.M., and is anticipated to
last for approximately 1 hour. However,the session may continue so long as the Council/Commission determines it is
necessary. At the conclusion of theprivate Attorney-Client Session, the Council/Commission will re-convene their
Special Meetings in the Town Council Chambers and take up any remainingbusiness on their respective agendas.
