ADMIRAL’S CROSSING –
• Amendment to an approved Planned Unit Development (PUD) to increase the commercial square footage for Parcel A, allow for changes to the building colors for the plaza, and request a waiver to reduce the front setback for Parcel A from 50 feet to 27 feet; and,
• Site plan to construct an 11,519± square foot office building on Parcel A facing Frederick Small Road.
The PUD is located on 11.2± acres at the northeast corner of Military Trail and Frederick Small Road. (PZ#’s 12-415 & 12-416)
