Please take notice that Public Hearings on the items listed below are scheduled to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex, 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida,
at 7:00 PM on the dates listed below for:
Planet Kids – Applications for two parcels totaling 1.4± acre located at 6910 174th Street N and the southwest corner of 174th Street N and 68th Terrace N, to request the following:
A. Voluntary annexation;
B. Small-scale Future Land Use Map (FLUM) amendment from Palm Beach County (PBC) Medium Residential, 5 units per acre (MR-5) to Town of Jupiter (TOJ) High Density Residential (6 units per acre); and
B. Zoning Map amendment from PBC Residential High (RH) to TOJ Residential, Limited Multifamily District (R-3).
