Please take notice that Public Hearings on the items listed below are scheduled to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex, 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida, at 7:00 PM on the dates listed below for:
22 Eganfuskee Street Future Land Use Map Amendment and Rezoning – Applications for a 0.32± acre property located at 22 Eganfuskee Street:
A. Small Scale Future Land Use Map (FLUM) amendment from Commercial to Medium Density Residential; and
B. Zoning Map amendment from Commercial, General (C-2) to Residential, Single-Family (R-1).
