Please take notice that a information presentation is scheduled to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex, 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida at 7:00 PM on the following dates:
June 10, 2025, Planning and Zoning Commission
Center Street/Alternate A1A Redevelopment Overlay Area (ROA) – Presentation to introduce the Areas of Local Importance Strategic Initiative and the process for the upcoming zoning text amendment to modify Chapter 27, Article IX. Infill and Redevelopment, regarding the Center Street/Alternate A1A Redevelopment Overlay Area to require compatibility with the area’s historic character.
