NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO ALL CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF JUPITER, FLORIDA:
TO ALL PARTIES IN INTEREST AND TO ALL IT MAY CONCERN:
Please take notice that a Public Hearing is scheduled to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex, 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 at 7 p.m. before the Town Council, or as soon as may be heard, on the following application:
Flagler Wharf – Special Exception and Site Plan application for a 12-slip private marina, and a Site Plan application for a restaurant with an accessory outdoor seating area, and professional office, on 2.95 ± acre property, located at the northeast corner of the intersection of North Alternate A1A and Old Jupiter Beach Road, approximately 1,300 feet north of Indiantown Road. (PZ 24-5496 and 24-5497)

All interested parties are encouraged to come to the Public Hearings and be heard. At the Public Hearings the Town Council will hear all evidence and arguments in support of, or in opposition to these items.
Anyone desiring to appeal a decision of the presiding body on matters considered at this meeting or this hearing will need a record of the proceedings. They may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made, including the testimony and evidence on which the appeal is based. The Town of Jupiter does not provide such a record. The above item(s) may be postponed or withdrawn without prior notice.
