Please take notice that Public Hearings on the items listed below are scheduled to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex, 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida at 7:00 PM on the dates listed below for:
Beyel Annexation, Future Land Use Map (FLUM) Amendment and Rezoning
- Voluntary Annexation;
- Future Land Use Map (FLUM) changing the from Palm Beach County (PBC) Commercial High with underlying Medium Residential, 5 units per acre (CH/5) to Town of Jupiter (TOJ) Inlet Village Flex; and
- Zoning Map amendment from PBC Commercial Neighborhood (CN) to the TOJ Inlet Village District, Flex South Subdistrict (IVFS) for 0.2+/- acres for a property located at 18019 Highway A1A.
