Please take notice that Public Hearings on the item(s) listed below are scheduled to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex, 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida at 7:00 PM on the following dates:
July 9, 2024, Planning and Zoning Commission
August 20, 2024, Town Council (First Reading)
September 19, 2024, Town Council (Second Reading)
Self-Service Storage Facility Regulations – Applicant initiated zoning text amendment to Section 27-3054(9) to increase the allowable Floor Area Ratio (FAR) from 0.35 to 0.70 and increase the maximum building height from 15 feet to 30 feet for self-service storage facilities (SSSFs) within the Commercial, Restricted District (C-4). (PZ 24-6043)

At such time and place the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all evidence and arguments in support or in opposition to this item. Anyone desiring to appeal a decision of the presiding body on matters considered at this meeting or hearing will need a record of the proceedings. They may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made, including the testimony and evidence on which the appeal is based. The Town of Jupiter does not provide such a record.
