NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO ALL PARTIES IN INTEREST AND TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Please take notice that Public Hearings on the item(s) listed below are scheduled to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex, 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida at 7:00 PM on the following dates:
May 14, 2024, Local Planning Agency and Planning and Zoning Commission
June 18, 2024, Town Council (First Reading)
July 16, 2024, Town Council (Second Reading)
Palmwood Residential Annexation, Future Land Use and Rezoning – Applications for a 1.48+/- acre property located on the northwest corner of the intersection of East Frederick Small Road and Palmwood Road, to request a:
A. Voluntary Annexation;
B. Small Scale Future Land Use (FLUM) amendment from Palm Beach County Low Residential – 2 (LR-2) to Town of Jupiter Medium Density Residential; and
C. Zoning Map amendment from Palm Beach County Agriculture Residential (AR) zoning district to Town of Jupiter Residential, Single-Family District (R-1).

At such time and place the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all evidence and arguments in support or in opposition to this item. Anyone desiring to appeal a decision of the presiding body on matters considered at this meeting or hearing will need a record of the proceedings. They may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made, including the testimony and evidence on which the appeal is based. The Town of Jupiter does not provide such a record.

These agendas are typically posted, with supporting documentation, on the Town of Jupiter website a week before the meeting.
