NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO ALL PARTIES IN INTEREST AND TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Please take notice that Public Hearings on the items listed below are scheduled to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex, 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida at 7:00 PM on the dates listed below for:
Generation Church Master Plan – Site Plan and Special Exception Amendment applications for a religious institution, on four properties totaling 3.75 acres, located at 430 and 455 Center Street, to:
- Add a 1.3-acre vacant lot north of the existing church to the Site Plan for the creation of an additional 50 parking spaces and an events area;
- Convert a storage structure on the east lot to a parsonage (dwelling unit); and,
- Request a special event program. (PZ 23-5796 and 5797)

At such times and place the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Town Council are scheduled to hear all evidence and arguments in support or in opposition to this item.
