Please take notice that Public Hearings on the item(s) listed below are scheduled to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex, 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida at 7:00 PM on the following dates:
March 12, 2024, Planning and Zoning Commission
April 16, 2024, Town Council (1st Reading)
May 21, 2024, Town Council (2nd Reading)
KB Carlin – Applications for a 1.6 +/- acre parcel of land located along US Highway 1 north of Harborside Place to include:
- Small Scale Future Land Use Map Amendment from Commercial to Mixed-Use;
- Zoning Map amendment from Commercial General (C-2) to U.S. Highway One/Intracoastal Waterway Corridor District – Waterway Commercial and Entertainment Subdistrict (US1/ICW-WCE).
