Please take notice that Public Hearings on the items listed below are scheduled to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex, 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida at 7:00 PM on the dates listed below for:
Flagler’s Wharf – Special Exception application for a 13-dock private marina and Site Plan application for a five-story office building with three floors of underbuilding parking, a one-story retail and office building wrapping the multi-story garage, a one-story restaurant with outdoor dining, and a two-story restaurant storage and delivery area, located on 2.95+/- acres at the northeast corner of the intersection of North Alternate A1A and Old Jupiter Beach Road, approximately 1,300 feet north of Indiantown Road. (PZ 23-5496 and 5497)
