To better serve our customers, a separate check is no longer required for Palm Beach County Fire Rescue Plan Review. All fees will be payable with one check to the Town of Jupiter Building Department.

To determine job value you may be required to submit a contract or use the current ICC valuation chart.

Impact Fee Schedules
Effective January 1, 2024, all impact fee assessments and collections will be calculated utilizing the impact fee schedules effective on the permit issuance date. Impact fees will no longer be assessed based upon application date. Additional information can be found at PZB - Administration Division Impact Fees (pbcgov.org).
New Fee Rates:
All Impact Fee components will change. Impact Fee increases are phased in over two or four year periods. This process began January 1, 2023 and will continue on January 1, 2024, January 1, 2025, and January 1, 2026.

Commercial and Industrial Linkage Fee
Linkage fee requirement. All new commercial and industrial development exceeding 10,000 square feet of gross floor area, or development which expands or redevelops existing commercial or industrial development by more than 10,000 square feet of new gross floor area is required to pay a linkage fee of $2.00 per square foot. The fee is collected upon the issuance of a building permit and deposited into the town's housing trust fund.
