The JCDS Portal allows you to:
Apply and submit for a permit.
Check the status of an existing permit, plan review status and comments.
Schedule inspections and obtain results.
If you would like to use our online portal, please use the link below. Please follow the directions to setup a JCDS account (if you do not already have one) and apply for (or check the status) of your permit.
Jupiter Community Development System Portal
Currently, we are accepting applications electronically. If you would like to apply for your permit by paper, please bring your permit package to the Building Department at 210 Military Trail. A building representative at our front counter will assist you with submitting electronically. It is strongly recommended to create an online account prior to your visit, if one is not yet established. If you would like to check the status of an existing permit, please visit the online JCDS Portal.
Please schedule all inspections online using the JCDS Portal. If assistance is needed, please call the building department at 561-741-2286 to speak with a building representative.
