The benefits of recreation go far beyond the skills gained in a ballet class, seminar, or athletic league. Recreation plays a vital role in reducing stress, boosting self-esteem, and developing leadership abilities, all while enhancing mental health and physical fitness. It also strengthens community bonds by improving quality of life, fostering social connections, and instilling a sense of pride in the community.

Our mission is to provide Jupiter residents with high-quality recreational programs and services for all ages. Current Storm Updates

  1. Summer Camp Payment Plan

    Final payments will be due by Saturday, May 9. Failure to comply may result in a loss of space(s). Payments can be made online or in person at the Community Center, Monday through Friday 8:00am-8:00pm or Saturday 8:00am-3:00pm

  2. Civic Center Closure

    Please be advised that the Civic Center will be closed from February 15, 2027, through May 31, 2027 to allow for major facility upgrades. Improvements during this time will include deck replacement, flooring replacement, and bathroom upgrades.

  3. Civic Center Beach Erosion

    Please note that the Jupiter Civic Center is currently experiencing significant beach erosion. At this time, there is not enough shoreline to accommodate ceremonies or events directly behind Civic Center. Additional Info...

  1. Civic Center Open House | Wednesdays

    Every Wednesday the Civic Center is open for viewing from 12:30-1:30 pm. Open house is cancelled on June 10 & 17 and July 15 & 29, 2026

  2. AARP Tax-Aide

    Starting February 10 through April 15 from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. No appointments. First come first serve basis. Additional Info...

  3. Community Center Hours and Closings

    The Community Center will follow the facility's summer hours schedule starting on May 30, 2026. Monday through Friday 8:00am-9:00pm, closed Saturday and Sunday. Community Center will be closed May 25, 2026 and June 19, 2026.
