Production GIS maintenance upgrade is scheduled from the evening of Friday, March 27 through Sunday, March 29.
The upgrade is expected to take approximately 14–23 hours. Work will begin shortly after 7:00 pm on Friday, and GIS services will be restored as quickly as possible.
During this maintenance, all GIS-dependant enterprise applications and services such as Lucity, EnerGov, G-Jupiter and 811 utility locate services, will be unavailable and users will not be able to submit permit applications online. Town staff who normally rely on GIS, including Utilities staff, Building staff, Code Enforcement officers, will be affected by this outage.
Only PDF map products on the Town’s website will remain accessible during the maintenance period.
