Please take notice that Public Hearings on the items listed below are scheduled to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex, 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida, at 7:00 PM on the dates listed below for:
Beacon Park –
- Future Land Use Map amendment from General Industrial with Bioscience Research Protection Overlay to Low Density Residential and Zoning Map amendment from I-4, Industrial, High Technology and Employment Center District to R1-A, Residential, Compact Single-Family District, on 34.3± acres located on the east side of Island Way; and,
- Future Land Use Map amendment from General Industrial with Bioscience Research Protection Overlay to Medium Density Residential and Zoning Map amendment from I-4, Industrial, High Technology and Employment Center District to R-3, Residential, Limited Multi-Family District, on 23.4± acres located on the west side of Island Way;
