Agendas and supporting documentation are posted online generally a week before the meeting. Meeting audio is posted online generally the day after the meeting. Anyone wishing to speak is asked to submit a Comment Card to the Clerk prior to the start of the Council Meeting. Comment Card are available at the meeting in the Council Chamber’s Lobby. Citizen Comments and Public Comments are limited to three (3) minutes.
