Please purchase a H-8 (5mm) crochet hook and worsted weight yarn size 4 (a popular, medium-thickness, all-purpose cotton or acrylic yarn) preferably in a light color (tan, pink, yellow, light blue, etc.) as it's easier to see your stitches.
