The Town of Jupiter will not be having the scheduled March 10, 2026, Municipal Election. Both Qualified Candidates for the First District and Second District have won unopposed. Please click here to view the final list of candidates that have qualified.

The next Municipal Election is scheduled for March 2028.

Terms and Residency Requirements

Town Council Members and the Mayor are elected for a three year term. Two Council Members must reside in the First District and two Council Members must reside in the Second District. The Mayor may reside in either District. Every candidate for Council or Mayor must be a registered voter in the Town and must have resided in the Town for a six-month period preceding the election.  All candidates, regardless of District, are elected by the voters of the Town at large on a nonpartisan basis. 

Qualifying Information

The official Candidate Qualifying period for the March 10, 2026, election will begin at 12:00 pm (noon) on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, and end at 12:00 PM (noon) Tuesday, November 18, 2025, in the Town Clerk's office at 210 Military Trail, Jupiter FL. Please Note: the Jupiter Municipal Complex will be closed Tuesday, November 11, 2025, in honor of Veteran's Day.

 Voting Precincts May Have Changed 

Due to redistricting, which is done after each census, some polling precincts have changed. The Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections office is mailing out new Voter ID Cards to all registered voters in the county that will list residents’ new polling locations. Residents can also check their polling location online here.

Commission on Ethics Disclosure of Financial Interest Form Notice

Certain local officers (Mayors and members of the governing body of a municipality) are required to file a full and public disclosure of financial interests form with the Commission on Ethics through the Commission’s electronic filing system.
