Citizen Recognition Program

Every day, Jupiter shines a little brighter because of neighbors who step up—checking on one another, improving our parks and waterways, mentoring youth, and strengthening safety and community pride. Jupiter’s Hometown Heroes is the Town’s recognition program for residents and local contributors whose actions make a meaningful impact in our community. Selected honorees are celebrated at a Town Council meeting and featured on our website and social channels.

• Who can be nominated? Jupiter residents, local volunteers, and employees/owners of Jupiter businesses—individuals or teams.
• What qualifies? Actions in the last 6 months that advance kindness, safety, stewardship, youth support, culture/history, or community problem-solving.
• How it works: We accept nominations year-round, review them within weeks, and recognize honorees at a Town Council meeting.
