As women age, muscle tissue is lost, increasing the tendency to develop fat. This class will help to re-define and firm muscles by using hand weights, balls, bands, and the ballet barre to sculpt the whole body, increase balance, and build bone density to prevent osteoporosis. Class includes interval training to provide quicker weight loss and concludes with stretching exercises to keep you flexible making muscles less prone to injury. Bring an exercise mat and weights to class.

Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is fun and easy to do. Zumba is not only good for the body but also great for the mind.

Join the River Center inside in our classroom for our weekly Story time! Gather around as we read various stories and provide an up-close encounter with one of our resident animal ambassadors. Children ages 0-6 are welcome to attend. This is a free program and no RSVP is required. We hope to see you there!
