If you love softball and are 55 and over join the Jupiter Senior Softball League (Jan-Mar) and pick up games (Apr-Dec).  The league is fun, full of competition, camaraderie and the spirit of the game.  With 180+ members, JSSA can be found every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Jupiter Community (3355 Church Street) Park from 8:30-11:30 am throughout the year.

The AARP Foundation Tax-Aide Program announces the opening of the 2023 tax season for the preparation of 2022 tax returns. Free tax preparation services will be provided to eligible taxpayers at the above days, times, and location. Appointments are not required.

Functional fitness is a type of strength training class that trains the body for real life movement and activities. This class incorporates range of motion, flexibility, strength and balance movements. By mirroring the movements of your daily life, like squatting, reaching, twisting, and lifting, it will increase your quality of life and reduce your risk of injury. Designed for all levels-ages 55 and over. Modifications will be offered. Bring your own weights and exercise mat.

Explore and Develop your artistic ability. A fun class to learn how to paint your masterpiece. Bring your own art supplies for what you want to work on.

Calm your mind, increase flexibility and improve your strength and balance without the need to get down on the floor. Flow through range of motion exercises sitting in a chair or standing using a chair for support. Class ends with a period of meditation.

Through the study of Okinawan Shorin Ryu Karate, learn and develop: Confidence, Reaction Training, Fitness and Weight control, and flexibility. Instructors: Kevin Fruge’ (2nd degree black belt), Howard Freedland (2nd degree black belt)

??Attention parents and caregivers! The Jupiter Police are hosting Hidden in Plain Sight a presentation by Living Skills In the Schools LSIS . Hidden In Plain Sight is a program intended to enlighten parents of teens and provide support for risky behavior. This is an interactive program, with a mock teenage bedroom to help recognize warning signs. ??This program is strictly for parents and caregivers only. No children allowed!
