  1. Couch to 5K Training

    March 7, 2020, 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM @ Jupiter Medical Center Cary Grossman Health & Wellness Center

    Healthier Jupiter, in partnership with the Town of Jupiter’s Recreation Department, and Jupiter Medical Center’s Cary Grossman Health & Wellness Center, will be offering our 3rd annual free 9-week Couch to 5K Training Program to help individuals gradually increase their physical activity levels enough to walk or run a 5K (3.1 miles). You will receive encouragement and training guidance from Jupiter Medical Center trainers and be supported by other participants along the way. This program is great way to ease your way into a healthier lifestyle and get ready for that 5K you have always wanted to run! Open to all physical activity levels and ages. When: The 9-week Couch to 5K Training Program will have meet ups 8AM every Saturday morning from February 22nd - April 18th. This program trains for the Town of Jupiter’s Turtle Trot 5K on May 2nd at Ocean Cay Park in Jupiter. If you participate in the Couch to 5K Training Program, you get a coupon code.

  2. Hike Through History

    March 7, 2020, 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM @ Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse Museum

    Join our staff on a 2-mile trek through the 120-acre Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse Outstanding Natural Area discovering a history- shaped by nature. Program is open to adults and children-minimum age 5, ages 13 & under must be accompanied by an adult that is at least 18 years old. Hiker’s footwear, active wear, a hat, and a full water bottle or canteen should be carried, tour is weather dependent. Hike meets at the Museum’s flag pole.
