Jupiter Oxbow Small-Scale Planned Unit Development (PUD), Site Plan & Special Exception Application

Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, September 17, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. in the Town Hall Council Chambers.

Jupiter Oxbow – A small-scale Planned Unit Development (PUD) and site plan application to construct a mixed use development on 0.72 acres with seven multi-family residential units and 3,695 square feet of retail fronting A1A, including waivers to the minimum right-of-way width for a local road from 60 to 25 feet, to allow for one instead of two sidewalks along the access road, and to reduce the amount of building required at the build-to-line from 30 to 25 percent, and a Special Exception for a four-slip marina, located on the west side of North A1A between Saturn Street and Parkway Street.
