Latest Emergency order allows the county to enter Phase 3 of its reopening plan.
Palm Beach County has issued Emergency Order 2020-028, which took effect at 5:00 P.M. on September 29. On September 25, Governor Ron DeSantis issued Executive Order 20-244, which moved all of Florida’s counties into Phase 3. EO 2020-028 repeals and replaces many of the prior PBC emergency orders that restricted businesses, individuals and establishment.
Certain orders, however, do remain in place:
All visitors to the Jupiter Community Center must wear a facial covering at all times unless actively engaged in strenuous activities such as exercising. Visitors to Town of Jupiter parks are also required to wear a facial covering when not able to physically distance by 6’ or more.
