Future Land Use Element Comprehensive Plan Text Amendments - Town-initiated Comprehensive Plan Text Amendments to the Future Land Use Element to:
A. Policy 1.13.5 to modify the completion date for adopting a new mixed-use zoning district for properties 100 acres and less in size; and
B. Objective 1.18 to modify the completion date for developing transit-oriented criteria for properties within 1/2 mile of public transit stop. (PZ# 4024)

At such time and place the Planning and Zoning Commission/Town Council will hear all evidence and arguments in support or in opposition to this item.
