Time: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. Cost: $10 to register; refunded when class is completed The River Center continues to collaborate with the US Coast Guard Auxiliary “Flotilla 52” to provide a series of Boating Safely Classes targeted specifically to young boaters in our community. These classes are provided through a generous sponsorship by the AustinBlu Foundation, a not-for-profit dedicated to raising awareness and promoting educational programs to improve boater safety. There is no cost for this class, however there is a deposit required to reserve a seat. The deposit of $10 will be refunded in full to all students who complete the class. Recommended for children 12 years and up, but all ages are welcome.
