The Town’s Engineering Division staff presented the post-bid update for the project to the CRA Commission meeting on April 19,2022 in order to receive additional direction from the CRA Commission.   The Commission is currently reviewing additional information requested from the Engineering Division staff to determine whether the project should be rebid immediately. 

This project will convert the existing T intersection to a roundabout.  If a roundabout concept is accepted for construction, access to the existing driveways and Jupiter Beach Road will be maintained throughout construction.  The Town anticipates detours to local traffic only during a limited period for the construction of underground storm water piping.  Access for residents, fire rescue, and the Town’s police will be maintained throughout construction.
