Planning Your Event

Even though our facilities are open we are requiring you to take steps to remain safe at gatherings.  The Community Center will be following CDC guidelines including limiting number of guests, practicing social distancing and increase cleaning and sanitizing procedures before your event.

So here a few things to consider before deciding on our venue:

  1. Setup Needs vs. Number of Guests
    Social distancing means more space is needed for fewer guests. Please be sure to review the Set Up Options tab below to determine if our venue can safely accommodate your needs with COVID social distancing in place.
  2. How long will social distancing last?
    Because we do not know, all new reservations should plan on social distancing restrictions being required at their event.
  3. Decorations
    It is very easy to go over the top with decorating however, due to social distancing, the rule of ‘less is more’ applies to the most captivating events and is much easier to clean up afterward.
