Permitting Policies for All Facilities

All reservations for Town of Jupiter rental facilities must go through a permit review and approval process.  A submitted permit request does NOT automatically confirm your date.  Calendar availability does not include pending permits or maintenance closures.

  1. All permits must be submitted online through our Recreation software - Webtrac.
  2. There is no fee to submit a permit. However, once a permit is approved, full payment (rental fee and security deposit) will be requred to confirm reservation.
  3. Applicants are required to be at least 21 years old and must be either a(n) 1) incorporated Jupiter Resident*, 2) incorporated Jupiter HOA/POA, 3) Jupiter Public School or 4) Government Agencies.
    1. Applicants named on permit are EXCLUSIVELY responsible for all aspects of the permit and rental process including, but not limited to, permit submittal, payments, communications, clean up, facility policy compliance, key pickup and return.
    2. Prior to permit approval, applicant will be required to privde proof of ID (current Drivers License or State issued ID card) and proof of residency (current utility bill matching Jupiter ID address).
  4. Town facilities are not to be used as a way to gain direct or indirect monetary benefit to any person, business, or any group other than for Non-Profit, 501(c)3 organization fundraisers.
  5. Permits, for all facilities combined, are restricted to no more than 2 per calendar month, per applicant/account/group.
  6. Please be sure to read the specific rental policies and rules for each facility prior to submitting a permit.
  7. Reservations may be made up to 12 months in advance but not less than 14 days prior to the rental date.
  8. Online payments may be made using MasterCard, VISA, and AMEX.
  9. Changes/Cancellations may be processed online. A penalty fee of $75 will be assessed for any changes or cancellations within 90-32 days of your event. Please refer to the Civic Center lease, Cancellations and Date Changes. 
  10. Jupiter Business are no longer permitted/required to rent the Jupiter Civic Center.
*An incorporated Jupiter Resident pays Town of Jupiter taxes.
